This company has made several deliveries to our new house in the last two years. Originally, we only wanted underfloor heating on our own, but in the end we also agreed to supply a gas boiler and then to install polystyrene floor insulation. At first, everything seemed ok, the company was helpful, but gradually there was a problem with each delivery. In summary, I would say today that I would never order anything from this company again. The installation of floor polystyrene resulted in a situation where, because they did not put foil under the polystyrene, anhydride subsequently leaked from the first floor to the ground floor, through the split switchboard, and in several other places, which resulted in depressions in the final anhydride surface on the ground floor. If we had not been there and had not cleaned the switchboard ourselves, and then had to wait for the anhydride to dry, the damage would certainly have been in the order of several tens of thousands. The e-podlahovka company took the position that they would pay for new switchboard components if needed, but when it turned out like this, nothing happened - our time, work and nerves are worthless. We are still arguing about repairing the floor surface on the ground floor, the e-podlahovka company dictates the conditions as if it were our fault. Even when laying the polystyrene itself, there were shortcomings that we had to repeatedly point out, the gentlemen (I think they were subcontractors, not employees) were quite unpleasant, that they could do it. And when they came to do the underfloor heating itself (we eventually chose the option with installation), we found out that the diagram did not properly take our requirements into account, so we had to catch it again. And when they were finished, they did not give us a test report for the building authority, we had to request it from the company after consulting with the building authority, another waste of time. When it came to the gas boiler, there were several problems, each one small individually, but together there were too many. To make it short: I definitely do not recommend the work from the chimney company that e-podlahovka uses (they were unpleasant, they destroyed the foil bushings we had prepared, they installed the smoke exhaust incorrectly, even though everything was agreed in advance ... no one from e-podlahovka checked it), e-podlahovka started invoicing flat-rate items for materials (we are still asking in vain why we are being invoiced a flat-rate amount for materials for connecting the boiler for 5.5 thousand, which in reality was a piece of pipe - I note that we did not have a price quote from the company for this and when the invoice came for almost 20 thousand, we were quite surprised). And then the e-podlahovka company topped it off by ordering a company to commission the gas boiler on our behalf, but did not give them any input information, so they arrived completely unprepared, again more money and time. E-podlahovka "defends" itself by saying that commissioning the boiler was never part of their boiler delivery (it's funny enough that they install the boiler for you but don't commission it), but this does not explain why they are so careless. Unfortunately, we are now at the stage where we want e-podlahovka to explain various items on the invoices and they come up with different versions, so the invoicing process does not seem entirely credible. I'm giving one star because we had to take care of everything and solve problems ourselves. In this regard, the company e-podlahovka is run quite unprofessionally. No one checks the work of subcontractors there. And the flat-rate invoicing seems really outrageous to me, especially in a situation where they had a turnover of over 300 thousand from us for all those orders.

Objednali jsme si podlahové topení od firmy e-podlahovka v provedení "svépomocí s asistencí" a musíme napsat, že jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Od prvního kontaktu přes konzultaci až po finální realizaci probíhala skvělá a rychlá komunikace. Firma nám na začátku poskytla vyčerpávající školení, takže jsme do projektu šli s jistotou a všemi potřebnými informacemi. Během instalace jsme využili možnosti konzultací a rad po telefonu. Všechny naše dotazy byly trpělivě a odborně vysvětleny. Zde skutečně není co vytknout. Tato služba je přesně tím, co potřebují nadšení stavebníci a kutilové, kteří si chtějí práci udělat sami, ale zároveň potřebují odborné zázemí. Ušetřili jsme značnou část financí a získali cenné zkušenosti. E-podlahovce tímto moc děkujeme a přejeme mnoho dalších spokojených zákazníků. Pokud váháte, neváhejte – doporučujeme na 100%!

Everything went ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT PROBLEMS, both the pricing, which they adhered to, and the installation itself. After half a year of operation, I can confirm that the company did its job precisely and very professionally. I am very satisfied and can only recommend the company. Keep it up, Mr. Dvořák!!!!

After the experience of about a year with our daughter's apartment, where we did the underfloor heating ourselves with the supervision of this company, we just repeated it in two apartments. Today we poured the final form of the floor with anhydride. It was again a Lego puzzle like last time, the company's approach was again great. The product they delivered is great, about 140 m2 in eleven loops we finished on Friday and the weekend. I have to highlight the work of everyone involved, both Mrs. Neumannová, who also added the missing system boards over the weekend, and Mr. Hozák, who trained and supervised us. His expertise and enthusiasm for work are exemplary and his optimism is contagious. We already know how it will heat up, my daughter's experience is a year of operation with very pleasant heat throughout the apartment. The only shock in the apartment is the missing radiators and the unsightly free walls. I recommend it to everyone and thank E Flooring !!! Šperl Štěpán Liberec
