We are extremely satisfied with the company Komfort plus and the Fantoni Climacustic radiant wall cooling. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works reliably and the radiant cooling is key for us - finally we do not have breathing problems like with regular air conditioning. The temperature is reduced in the summer months to a pleasant 21C and we also appreciate the great design. The installation was carried out on time and with a team of qualified, willing heating engineers. Based on this experience, we are expanding the cooling to the living room.

In 2023, I carried out a complete renovation of housing. The Komfort Plus company won the tender. They delivered everything they promised, as agreed. Professional conduct of the owner, Mr. Kukla. His employees are at an excellent level with a high level of detail. They always give good advice and choose the best suitable solution. I implemented underfloor heating + heat pump. Everything was completed on time. However, it doesn't end there - warranty and post-warranty SERVICE is at the top level. They care about their customers.

They supply floor systems with absolutely amazing regulation. The floor tiles are low and light, simply amazing for the reconstruction of the floor of a wooden building where there were radiators. In addition, a SILENT heat pump with cooling. Maximum satisfaction

I can recommend this company to everyone with a clear and calm conscience. They will fulfill everything they promise without fail. And they are also willing to help even after working hours, even with things that someone else did. I am glad that I came across Komfort plus s.r.o. during the construction. I hereby draw attention to the irresponsibility of this company and warn you. I ordered the installation of water distribution and heating from a company. They recommended this company from Liberec, where they calculated the necessary material for underfloor heating. During the winter, I bought the material from them according to their calculation, with the understanding that we could buy or return any missing or surplus material. Due to the inflated price for the installation by a childish company, another local company carried out the installation, I am extremely satisfied. Except that the company Komfort plus made a poor calculation of pipe consumption, by about 250 m. There was no place to fit these pipes in the system boards in any case. I contacted the company repeatedly by phone and email, they promised me everything, but they only kept their promises. And so I was left with about 250 m of pipes that I can throw away. It gives me the impression that they just want to force the goods and the customer is no longer interested. Additional information: The heating areas of the room were made exactly according to the company's calculations. The installation was carried out by a certified company with 30 years of experience. All the distances according to the project were observed. Everything is documented. Performing multi-layer winding in the rooms is pure nonsense. Despite all this, it was physically impossible to push more pipes into the room into the system boards supplied by you. I can understand a few meters of pipe, but getting confused in one 250 m house testifies to amateurism and dilettanteism, even if the company boasts certificates and completed buildings. I am annoyed by your ignorance of the customer and your lack of communication. If the installation had been carried out by your qualified original installer, I probably would not have even known that the heating project was overpriced. The seriousness of companies must be shared publicly so that one can avoid the dishonest ones. I was lucky to come across another decent company that made it to the finals with great quality to my full satisfaction. I thank them for this and will continue to praise them.
