Greater flexibility and the refinement of the preliminary offer to a significantly greater degree of detail were the deciding factors. With the second company, this would have been a paid service. Responses to my requests were within 24 hours at the latest, and if there was no need to adjust the kitchen plan, the response was in the order of a few hours. The installation workers installed the kitchen in such a way that there was no need to complain. Communication with them was excellent. The delivery time was longer than I expected, but I found out from friends that it was similar with other companies. I can recommend NaReI with a clear conscience.
