Pompous notaries who don't know the law. They were unable to verify my signature on a bill of exchange even though a quick search online shows that the part that is clearly outside the frame of the bill of exchange is ok. "The text on the document outside the frame of the bill of exchange is no longer part of it and has no influence on the content of the bill of exchange (e.g. judgment of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, file no. 29 Cdo 722/2010)". Verification of an autograph on a bill of exchange outside the frame is without the risk of the verifier's bill of exchange liability arising. They also had a problem with my red pen and signature in red. Maybe it's old school from the communist era... I don't know. Anyway, someone was unable to quote the law and they act like robots. They were unable to issue a statement as to why they are unable to verify my Signature on the bill of exchange
