Allianz pojišťovna - Jiří Kubeček - Liberec

I worked with Mr. Kubeček for several years and was satisfied with his services and approach until the moment when I needed his help to terminate my insurance contract. Unfortunately, in a situation where I really needed his help, I did not get it. Mr. Kubeček was on vacation at the time and referred me to an appointment after his return, which was not acceptable due to the deadlines. I therefore had to deal with the subsequent communication directly with the head office of the Allianz insurance company. The whole matter gradually reached the complaint procedure, to the Financial Arbitrator. The dispute was eventually resolved amicably. Allianz apologized for the way the whole matter was handled and provided me with financial compensation. I do not evaluate Mr. Kubeček's professional knowledge or his many years of experience. I only evaluate my own experience. I am especially sorry that at the moment when I expected personal support from my intermediary, I did not receive it. In my opinion, this is when the quality of the advisor is best recognized. For this reason, I decided to transfer all my insurance contracts to another intermediary.
