My wife and I have rented an apartment in a great location from this company for several years. The apartment is beautifully renovated, premium materials, underfloor heating, quality appliances, the house is clean and quiet. Everything is absolutely problem-free all the time, a human, helpful approach. They take care of the apartment even while we live in it, boiler checks, repair of drains in the kitchen, all included in the rent, they always inform us in advance about any problems or the need to visit the apartment. As part of the rent, we also have a cellar and a parking space, so we don't have to deal with the problem of parking on the street. Overall, we have nothing to complain about, we have felt at home here from the first day and we are absolutely satisfied with both the quality of the apartment and the services around it.
The experience with this company is incredible. Ms. Endrlová, with whom we dealt most of the time in terms of requirements, contracts, and billing for the apartment, is incredible. She is such an incompetent person who cannot copy names and addresses without errors, which of course makes every contract invalid. After years of guesswork and emails, we got the correct information, but once again we had to negotiate together to reduce the deposit for the apartment. After the phone call, I have not experienced such an arrogant person for a long time and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people. I recommend that owners of anything contact someone else.
