Horrible experience with them as a tenant. They absolutely do not communicate via email, they cannot even open attachments. Poor agreement, they never had it ready when signing the contract. It happened to me more than once that there was an increase in fees and no one informed me - only at the end of the year there was an arrears. In the end, they slowly did not return my deposit, despite the fact that the conditions were clearly written in the contract - within three days of handover. In the end, it was more like three months and I did not receive any interest, because they probably do not even know that such a thing exists and I no longer had the nerve to deal with them. But the landlord will probably be satisfied, because they do not care about the tenant at all professionally.
