Mr. Hála sold us a house with a private driveway. He assured us that there was no problem, that there was an easement on the road. There is no easement, unfortunately I did not check, so congratulations on packing your bags, I hope you sleep well, Mr. Hála. Now, during a confrontation on the phone, he almost laughed at me for not claiming anything like that. Unfortunately, the owner of the road allegedly warned about this in advance and asked to pass on information to interested parties that the road is private and will be closed one day. The overall service was also rather below average by today's standards and we had to go to the land registry with the papers ourselves, etc. Be careful with this gentleman, so that you don't fall short.

I hired Mr Hala to sell several plots. Mr Hala was both strategic, committed and responsive. He solved most of the problems himself and I always got the right amount of information. I will definitely hire him again.
