I sold an apartment through this branch, not only were they very nice and helpful, but they even arranged a higher purchase price for me. I highly recommend it, everything went smoothly and quickly.
After we lost a lot of money due to a sloppily written lease agreement controlled by Mr. Mertlík, they threw everything at us and slandered us behind our backs. His colleague offered us a lease without severance pay, and then it turned out that they wanted over a million in severance pay. Unserious attitude, unprofessional behavior.
I don't recommend it. I think there are far more real estate agencies in Liberec where everything goes almost without a problem. At RK Evropa, everything is done in a flash. Do you need to turn on the gas in your apartment? Count on a month before someone deigns to lift their ass and turn it on for you, since you don't have access to the boilers. You need housing, promises that the electricity will be in operation next week, and when you hear back the following week whether you can move, they say not yet and not until another week. It took almost a month and a half, in the end we were pressed for time and had to move out, so we were without electricity for about a week. We were promised a discount for the complications and what discount did we get? We didn't have to pay rent for the whole month, only for the days we lived there. Unexpected. And in the end, when we wanted to leave them, they only sent us the deposit after two months of assurances that it had supposedly been sent a long time ago. Next time, never this RK. They only promise, but the deed is gone. For a commission of 10,000 CZK, I would expect a little more work and effort. I have not encountered such an approach anywhere else and I understand that a problem can arise, it is just a problem to say it out loud and that is why they prefer to promise... And if you don't hear back, they don't even let you know that what they promised didn't actually work out.
I do not recommend the company, I contacted them about the plot they are offering, they only confirmed receipt of the application and no one has heard back even after a few days and they say that the broker will hear back within 24 hours
