Professional approach, everything went smoothly, we knew about every step, information was sent to our email regularly and as a seller we basically didn't have to worry about anything. The money in the escrow account was paid out to us immediately. I'm looking in vain for some mistake to point out, I really can't think of anything. :-) We didn't even have to go to the location of our holiday property for sale (Liberec district) to sign the contract (the buyers were from Liberec, we were from Prague), the broker sent us the contracts, signed by the other party, by courier to Prague to a cooperating top law firm. I would call the whole transaction royal! Thank you very much.
