If I am interested in a property, it seems to me to be perfectly polite for a real estate agency to state that the property is not available. If I am told three times that my interest in viewing has not been forgotten and that the real estate agent will contact me in the near future and that does not happen and the property disappears from the offer, I find it very rude. It is enough to say that someone has expressed interest in the property and it is no longer available, especially if I remind myself three times. So I really cannot recommend your company. It concerns the Ústí nad Labem region and Mr. Čech.
I would like to highlight the positive experience with the Relia real estate agency, specifically with the broker Mr. Jaromír Čech. Mr. Čech is a professional, with a kind and considerate approach. In these busy times and a tense real estate market, we were given time and space to make a decision about buying. That is a rarity that I have not encountered yet and I appreciate his approach even more. I will definitely continue to recommend Mr. Čech and the Relia real estate agency. The purchase of the property did not take place in the end, but if I sell a property in the future, it will only be through you.
