I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Zdeněk Tichá for her absolutely flawless service when renting an apartment in Prague. From the very beginning, the cooperation was top-notch. Ms. Tichá prepared a perfect advertisement with beautiful, professional photos that presented the property perfectly. I also greatly appreciate her detailed knowledge of the area around the property and her 100% readiness to answer any questions. The entire process – from screening potential applicants to drawing up the contractual documentation – went incredibly quickly, smoothly and safely. If you are looking for a reliable, fast and humane real estate agent, I can recommend Ms. Tichá to everyone with a clear conscience!
We are very satisfied with the cooperation with the broker Zdeněka Ticha. She did a great job, she handled everything professionally and with maximum willingness. We were previously rather skeptical of real estate brokers, but Ms. Ticha showed us that when a person does their job honestly and professionally, the whole process can be on a completely different level. We especially appreciate the communication, approach and ability to resolve everything quickly and fairly. We have contacted S&L a partners s.r.o. repeatedly. After a previous very good experience in resolving the lease with Ms. Zdeněka Ticha, we decided to use the services of S&L a partners s.r.o. again when selling the land. Everything was handled very professionally – they took beautiful photos of the land, created a high-quality video presentation and gave us regular feedback on the progress of the sale throughout the process. We especially appreciate the communication, approach and willingness to resolve everything quickly and fairly. We are extremely satisfied with the professional approach, communication and overall cooperation with S&L Partners s.r.o., specifically with Ms. Zdeněka Ticha. We definitely recommend it.
When looking for an apartment to rent in Česká Lípa, I contacted the Sokolowski@Lukesle Real Estate Agency, specifically Ms. Z. Tichá. I contacted her thanks to her kind and professional approach, everything was done with complete trust. The speed of execution of contracts, etc. was prepared with care with express delivery. In the event of my future real estate requirements, I will contact this very nice Ms. Tichá again. Thank you very much again and I wish you all the best.
