From the inquiry to the completion of the implementation (which was really fast - about a month from signing the contract) a great personal approach. Everything can be agreed on without any problems, everything can be consulted, the installation is beautiful, clean and functional, both the electrician and the gentlemen who install the panels are really skilled and nice people. I can only warmly recommend it to anyone interested in the Liberec region.

We have excellent experience with smart-IN. We had a 9.5 kWp PV installed on our house with a 17.8 kW battery, 19 panels divided into the SE and NW sides of the house. We signed the contract on 22.7.2023, the work was handed over incredibly on 7.9.2023! Nothing was rushed on our part, on the contrary, the company itself offered dates that suited us. No waiting for six or more months like with some other companies. On 3.10.2023, ČEZ employees will arrive and connect the PV to the distribution network ... However, with smart-IN, it is not only about the speed of installation, but also about highly professional installation. When installing the panels on the roof, they adjusted their procedure to suit our specific roofing (Tachov slates - plastic roofing).

Thank you to the smart-IN team for the fast and professional work. I recommend them to anyone who is hesitating who to contact in our region. Something can always happen, but if you have a company that is communicative and tries to respond quickly to a problem, there is nothing to worry about.

I consider Smart-IN POWER s.r.o. to be our lucky choice. We decided on a very expensive photovoltaic system and it was even more of a relief to find out that the "service" provided by the guys was at least above standard. They performed all the tasks related to the implementation immediately and punctually. There was no need to think about anything - we enjoyed the true comfort of the importance of "turnkey" implementation. It was quite surprising after other experiences from related fields, when it is often impossible to catch up with the project contractor to implement. The whole process had a clearly defined sequence of tasks in advance and it was a pleasure to tick them off at a brisk pace. Especially on the HW side, in our case it was impossible to avoid non-standard solutions and a large part of the work could not be done without constructive improvisation - the guys worked with great commitment, often in the cold and into the night "to order" and we thank them very much for that. We will remember the entire event as a process of concentrated professional effort resulting in a perfectly functioning product, not to mention the friendships made.
