Ordered a car for operational leasing Arval. A very unpleasant lady wanted to send photos. She decided to glue it and refused the replacement. Upon arrival, the glass was assessed as for replacement. The lady referred us to Arval to change it. Arval claims that they have to ask the service again for the change. The service ultimately referred us to Prague because they are full for three weeks. So an unnecessary trip and another wait for the replacement at another service. And for the Carglass team - 1ACA216. I'm calling Arval tomorrow and will complain.
