I reported the repair of the dishwasher via a questionnaire on the website over the weekend. On Monday, Mr. Janík called me right away and within seven calendar days (due to waiting for the part) the problem was solved. Great communication, proactive approach. If someone asks me what a flawless and reliable service should look like, I will definitely not hesitate and I will always say that Janík electrical service and I generally take that as an example! He also repaired the front panel on the built-in dishwasher and he didn't have to. Hats off!
Our piezoelectric ignition on the stove was stuck. Several days of trying to contact authorized services were unsuccessful, until an electrical service recommended Mr. Janík. He immediately knew what a banal defect it was and how we could fix it ourselves. A simple repair that we managed, he didn't even have to come to us. The gentleman was very nice, helpful, thank you very much.
A week before Christmas, my dishwasher (18 years old) broke down and the Janík company offered me a new one, including a built-in one. I must say that I didn't expect it before Christmas... but they came, took away the old dishwasher and professionally installed the new one. Moreover, the entire communication with the dispatcher and then with the mechanic was very helpful. I haven't seen such a nice approach to the customer in a long time, when everything was explained, cleaned up and taken away. I was able to wash the dishes in two hours. Really high praise!
