We contacted Master Design with the intention of working together on the construction of a family house. They asked us via email for more information about the project (location, type of land, budget, etc.), which we were happy to provide immediately. The manager then arranged a meeting with us. The meeting itself was a disaster. The manager, obviously in a bad mood, sat down in front of us and greeted us with the sentence, "Let's talk...". The information provided in the email was apparently only used as a substitute for small talk about the weather. Apparently, no one even looked at it. After a few minutes of explaining our ideas, the manager brought us a house design that MD had recently built, more or less told us the amount of the project and waited for our reaction. The whole meeting lasted about 10 minutes and was conducted in the style of, if you don't want a house for at least 20 mega, then don't bother us. I understand that companies may have these criteria, nothing against it, but in that case it would be much better to communicate them right away during the initial communication, so that you avoid the embarrassment of a personal meeting where the CEO pushes you out the door with his eyes.

The pictures are nice. Zero points approach. If you want to change something in the project it is almost impossible from their side. Not to mention the problems they have been having on construction sites lately.
