Unfortunately, we cannot respond to the previous review and we seriously do not understand the owner's response from 28.5.2025: "I really don't know how else to help you. I offered to meet and offer you a free consultation. But I need an appointment from you. I can't figure it out yet." On 11.4.2025, we asked you to suggest an appointment, we are attaching a photo of the email. You will surely be able to find it and think about which side of the communication the error occurred on.
Despite my interest, the personal meeting did not take place, I ran into them again, we communicated for a while, but then no one called back. If you don't want to just listen to empty promises, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Based on the review, the company acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and offered a personal meeting. I appreciate this approach and am therefore adjusting the rating. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Although I hate to, I have to strongly discourage it. After the personal meeting, I was excited, but it turned out that no one planned to keep the seemingly friendly approach with many promises and deadlines. In the overall communication, it was repeatedly mentioned that they would call, call back, or send the required documents - however, the opposite is true.
