Lots of good quality products to choose from, lovely sales lady

The large selection of baking goods really surprised me, perfect customer service, a joy to shop with 👍

Hello, I have been visiting this shop regularly for a long time and I am very satisfied, they have everything a mother of two children can think of (I create cakes for my children with different themes - Minecraft, Frozen, Lego Ninjago, Lightning McQueen, etc. and I also buy supplies for Christmas baking and Halloween and countless other sweet events important to me and my children throughout the year :-D). The saleswomen are quite accommodating :-) to the fact that I keep asking them beginner questions and they patiently answer me and give me advice with marzipan and fondant and chocolate and cake cream and I could go on like this "until the end of time :-D". Other mom friends go there with me, solving similar problems as me. I would like to thank you for your patience and helpfulness and especially for the fact that we have such a shop here in Ostrava and I wish you all the best for the New Year 2025. We already made Christmas wishes with the "girls :-)" on the way to the barbecue, so now for the New Year :-D. PS: the children were excited about the cookie cutters, I wasn't so excited :-O, because they were those little "little" cookie cutters in the shape of characters and four-leaf clovers, etc. and I had to decorate one by one, because the children were cutting out, so I had to decorate - tiny little madness :-D. Have a great time, cheers Markéta, Pavlínka and Mareček
