The chat on the e-shop is turned on, I have to write my request, so like an idiot I write down what I need. I wait a few minutes, the message is still on, the connection expected within one minute... after about 10 minutes a message pops up that no one is there. Should I give them my contact details, REALLY NO. Then they will bombard me with advertising emails, it is probably their trick to get those emails legally. If no one is on the chat, it should be turned off. I just wasted my time with it.
The showroom is just a room full of catalogs, that's all. The staff couldn't help me with the selection, they didn't show me anything. It was different from another company in the center - there the lady stood by me the whole time, showed me tips, told me what was selling the most and tried to find what I wanted both physically and online. Too bad about the trip.
My experience is this - goods in stock, paid online, automatic email about shipping, but lo and behold, the package was sitting in the warehouse, so the guaranteed delivery is just a fiction. One star for the effort.
