In April 2026, I had curtains sewn for the entire ground floor of my family house. The order was completed within a week and the quality was absolutely perfect. I had a request for larger loops that are simply threaded onto the curtain rod, their workmanship is precise. The curtains look beautiful, they are the right length to the floor, I am completely satisfied and I can only recommend the company JKT interieury.

Absolutely perfect. I recommend it to everyone 10***. The curtain was selected during a personal visit, measurements were made as agreed. Not even 3 days later, I received a message that it was sewn. The date for the assembly and installation of the curtains was agreed. Great work and a luxurious approach and luxurious sewing - I could never have managed that in my life. Thank you (PS. I'm still stopping by to choose the curtain)

The selection is rich, but when filing a complaint, the owner is very vulgar and unpleasant. On 1.7.2025, curtains and ribbons worth 4500 CZK were purchased. They were sewn by a tailor (by my mother, who is a master in the field) and washed according to recommendations (which of course is neither stated when purchasing nor is a warranty card with a description of maintenance added). Washed on 2.7.2025, several defects were found. Only put in the washing machine and after taking out many defects. 3.7 2025 visited the store and requested a complaint where I left the curtain, even though they did not write a complaint at my request, saying that we would call. Not even within an hour, the owner called me saying that I had destroyed it myself and that I had no complaint, because I did it the way I wanted. That I had damaged it myself, stuck it on the crossbar, etc. I explained to her that after washing and spreading it out on the sofa, I saw the damage (it could not be put in the trash or hung on the crossbar as I explained how I had damaged it according to her). So I told her that it was not possible and that I would come and pick it up and take it back with a defect report. And that I would file a complaint with the COI that they did not follow the procedure in the interest of the customer. Not that they rejected the complaint, but that they did not officially accept it at all and rejected it immediately. And she started cursing at me rudely and hung up the phone and did not communicate anymore. Then I received a text message that they would settle the complaint in 30 days, which they had neither written down nor signed by me, and that we would not issue the curtain. This was the height of behavior and I know that I will not buy curtains here again. Things can always be resolved rationally and with humility. A little humanity and better communication would not hurt the owner. After pressure, I sent my husband to pick up the curtains, where he and the owner agreed on 7.7 so that I would not have to drag 2 small children again and to prevent further conflict from the owner. I handed the curtains over to him, saying that they had ironed them and pulled out the threads (by the way, the complaint is closed and repaired and that I did not have to send a COI - who does her job so that this does not become a regular activity

I am very satisfied. The curtains are of very good quality and look beautiful. Everything went exactly as agreed, the installation was fast and professional. I can only recommend the men.
