ADLO - bezpečnostní dveře Ostrava

We were very satisfied with ADLO. The friendly and professional approach of the staff at the store in Ostrava Poruba and the technicians who installed the doors yesterday. The installation itself was very quick and precise, including cleaning up after minor masonry work. There were no complications or ambiguities during the installation and it is clear that internal information flows well from sales to the technicians installing the doors. We appreciate the overall approach and technical design and recommend them to everyone.

We are extremely satisfied with the installation of the new security doors. From the first day, the communication with the supplier was absolutely great – he explained everything in detail, willingly answered all questions and helped with the selection. The subsequent inspection was also very quick. The waiting time was completely adequate and corresponded to what was agreed in advance. The installation itself was quick, professional and without any complications. The installers were very pleasant and helpful. I also really appreciate the fact that after the installation was completed, they cleaned up even the biggest mess, so the subsequent cleaning was a breeze. Overall, I can only recommend the company ADLO. Professional approach, high-quality work and great service from start to finish. Thank you very much.

During the complete renovation of our apartment, we visited the store in Ostrava-Poruba after an excellent phone consultation. We wanted high-quality security doors. A completely professional and helpful gentleman who showed us the doors, solved everything with us, answered all the stupid questions and calculated everything for us clearly. The doors are more expensive, but for me personally the price meets everything we needed and wanted. They dampen noise very well and the security features are great. In addition, the doors are metal on the inside, so they are definitely suitable for more dangerous locations. The service technician arrived first, who measured everything and explained and showed everything. Then we waited 2 weeks for free installation technicians. The technicians arrived exactly on the agreed date, worked for 4 hours, during which they had to cut out the old door, wall in new frames and sweep and clean everything up beautifully after themselves. So, complete satisfaction. The doors are absolutely beautiful, lock easily, have a large, solid handle. The technicians also moved the peephole lower for us because we are small. So, we are completely satisfied and I can only recommend it. If you are looking for a quality security door. ADLO is the solution.

In the fall of last year, I became interested in replacing my front door. I was originally considering HT doors, but while browsing the website, I accidentally came across ADLO, which also has a branch in Ostrava, which was a great advantage for me. I sent an inquiry later in the afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised – within 30 minutes, a pleasant gentleman called me who willingly answered all my questions. I already felt good on the phone and was looking forward to a personal meeting. At the store, I met Mr. Sladký (the one who called:), who was completely professional, nice and helpful. He offered me coffee and water, but most of all, he was patient with me and answered all my questions with a smile. At that moment, it was decided – I want the door from ADLO. Subsequently, a technician arrived (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name), who carefully measured everything and explained the implementation process clearly. Everything went exactly as he described. On the day of installation, a three-member team arrived, working quickly, efficiently and professionally. It was finished in approximately 4 hours. The new doors work great and their quality and appearance exceeded my expectations. I can confidently recommend ADLO with more than 5 stars. If you are looking for quality doors, a professional approach and trouble-free implementation, you will not regret it. These are doors that will serve you for many years - and you can choose their appearance exactly according to your taste. I wish all ADLO employees, even those I have not met in person, good health, many personal and professional successes and many more satisfied customers.

Satisfaction started at the information meeting. Everything else was completely satisfactory. The company deserves to be in first place in its field and focus. The most important part of the experience with the company: THE DOORS ARE PERFECT IN ALL WAYS. As requested, I have a different veneer on the outside than the one at home. I wanted to match it with the other doors in the hallway. The surface of the door frame is smooth and durable. The door seems to be perfectly sealed. The work of the technicians was also professional. I highly recommend the ADLO company. P.S. Another big plus - the possibility of a personal meeting at a brick-and-mortar branch.
