I chose this brand of doors for my family home and I definitely don't regret it. The doors are beautiful in appearance. Communication with the seller was helpful and fair. The installation was done professionally. I recommend it.

I am very sorry today that I recommended this store to my customer. The customer was very disappointed with the communication with the saleswoman and even more so with the fact that he would have to go to a warehouse somewhere in the burning hell to get the goods. (The Ova store is just a showroom) I will not evaluate the quality of the doors too much, I have worked with worse ones, but... (I will probably write a review for the manufacturer himself) I needed to order some goods and so I went to the showrooms in person. I would simply evaluate it as the lady probably got the position in an audition for inventing obstacles and excuses why it can't be done, or why it can't be done this way. I do not consider this a pro-customer approach. And finally, if you go to pick up the goods in Rychvald, plan a day off for that day, their working hours end at 2:00 PM, so nothing for a regular working customer.

If you sign the first contract they push on you, you give the company unlimited delivery time without the possibility of sanctions. The fact that there are 5* reviews from employees is a funny fact that shows that there are not many satisfied customers who would write a real review. We were especially dissatisfied with the assembly, where it is not standard to even take away the waste generated during assembly (boxes, polystyrene, foil, etc.). Because we do not buy apartment doors as often as we buy food in the store, we have no idea that, for example, threshold strips need to be ordered separately; they do not offer them at all when buying doors. During communication, we were repeatedly convinced that thresholds or threshold strips are not part of the door, but the floor. We subsequently convinced ourselves in hobby stores that they sell the strips in the door department, not in the flooring aisle. Anyone who wants to buy a new door with assembly from A to Z without any worries should contact another company. This company will deliver and install the doors for you, but you will be left with a lot of unfinished work that you will have to do yourself. This does not occur to you when you sign the contract, and the company does not inform you of this. I think a few photos of the "finished" installation will say more than words.
