I personally advise against working for this company. This is my third company in the Czech Republic, and I've never encountered such disrespect for employees, not only from the managers but also from the employees themselves, who have been there for 16 years and think they're nobody's business. During the probationary period, they require the same skills as experienced employees, and if you forget something or ask for help, you'll hear the manager say, "She already told you that" or "I don't have time, figure it out on your own." God forbid you do something wrong. The "A" shift is the worst you can find in this company, including the "commando" lady who thinks everything is allowed. You ask a normal question, and in return, you get scolded for even speaking to her (with profanity, of course). I've experienced this firsthand and witnessed this kind of treatment more than once. The managers pretend not to notice. It was unpleasant to go to work there. The money was also a joke, and it was a waste of energy... I highly do not recommend it.

Well, I don't agree with you. On the contrary, Mr. Bogdan is a great person and will always help. People should go to work and not laze around. Of course, lazy people will never succeed anywhere!!! How easy it is to accuse someone and write nonsense instead of thinking about themselves and finally starting to work. No one can laze around for 16,000 and you probably don't like that. If a lazy person is told to work, he'd better run away and write about how he was hurt, right?
