If there's one thing I absolutely don't regret, it's the decision to go with Designostav for the construction. They basically did the entire interior for us, except for the floors. What I appreciate most is their ability to tune in to my vision, ideas on how to make everything even better than I thought of myself, practical advice on materials, plus precise and top-notch workmanship. Thank you, I couldn't have chosen better!
We were faced with a relatively demanding house renovation, limited finances, and my inability to be on site frequently... On the recommendation of the designer, we made a small selection, in which Designostav clearly won in terms of approach and price. During the construction, I was pleasantly surprised by the absolutely great cooperation with the company representative, Mr. Stračánek, who was a very important person to me and took excellent care of many things proactively. I thanked him many times in my mind that we had chosen this company. The construction ultimately turned out well, although I cannot say that everything was done perfectly the first time, but what was not done was very well corrected in the following weeks and months. I have no other experience with this industry, so it is difficult for me to evaluate it. I entered the whole project as a layman and I appreciate even more how much Mr. Stračánek helped me. I cannot judge whether it could have been better. Maybe it got a little stuck sometimes, but that is probably normal. I give 4/5 stars in the sense of the saying that "only God can do it right...", but despite a few complaints, I personally rate the result very well. When I build another house ("you won't be here anymore, mom...":-)), I will take more care of some things. But for now, I just send the company a big THANK YOU!
