I have to rate it with the lowest possible rating and I do not recommend it to anyone. The work on the electrical wiring was terrible. The lights in the entire apartment started to flicker. Mr. Peške told us that the reason was bad lights. We started to solve the problem and learned that the electrical installation was not operational due to the number and severity of defects in the electrical installation. Our mistake was that we did not require an inspection report upon handover. Of course, Mr. Peške does not have our original inspection report, it must have mysteriously disappeared. According to the inspection technician who saw and rated this whole mess, we were lucky that we did not burn out. As for the kitchen renovation by Mr. Sysala, we are 100% satisfied. We would gladly take a kitchen from Mr. Sysala next time, but never from Mr. Peške again.
