Great experience. We rented the steam cleaner for three days at a very good price and everything went smoothly and without complications. The agreement with Mr. Galíček was great, the transaction was quick and he willingly explained everything to us, including how to use the device. The steam cleaner worked perfectly and the couch looked great after cleaning. Fair approach, good agreement, we definitely recommend it.

I have a very good experience with Mr. Galíček, we have been working together for a long time (more than 10 years), he cleans our carpets at work every year, I also use his services privately. Everything is always cleaned and tidy with precision. Good communication, I can only RECOMMEND!

I was completely satisfied with this rental company in Ostrava. I ordered the cleaner on Monday evening and on Wednesday I was able to clean. I used the services for the first time and mainly because of the possibility of import and online ordering. Great that the cleaner was brought to my home by the gentleman and I didn't have to drag it anywhere myself. The same goes for the removal. The training, assembly and demonstration of the cleaning itself were super quick. In addition, he checked whether I was doing it correctly and warned me about possible mistakes during cleaning and handling, which, by the way, really helped me a lot later. I mainly cleaned dark upholstered furniture and carpet, on which the dirt is not so visible. I was shocked at what kind of dirt this machine was able to vacuum. We managed the carpet, couch, pillows, chairs, mattresses, sofa and a 2-meter teddy bear. They also accommodated me with the later removal. I definitely recommend the services of this rental company and we will rent again.

* lent to Orlová 4 * Cleaning a huge sofa, corner bench and chairs in the kitchen with lots of residue from two small children, stains from domestic accidents and also removing smoking odor * In 2022, I rented the cleaner for the second time in a span of 6 months, which meant a discounted lower price for the entire weekend * I thought that such old stains and dirt would not be able to be cleaned, the first time it was rented it took a little more effort, but the result was perfect! As an experienced cleaner, I managed the second rental with greater ease. It is certainly worth mentioning that as a mother of 3 children, I was excited that you can easily order the cleaner online, choose a date, receive confirmation of it immediately and the cleaner will be delivered to your home with all accessories!!! You will learn how to handle the cleaner correctly to achieve maximum results in a moment, including a demonstration right at your home! And when you're done, they'll come back at the agreed time for the cleaner. If you happen to forget something, there's no problem getting additional advice over the phone (it happened to me :-)) I can say that I've become a regular customer who no longer thinks that you need to take a vacation to clean your sofa. And all this at a discounted price. *Given the level of services provided, the quality of cleaning and the approach to the customer, I'm determined to order a cleaner every 6 months and I would definitely recommend AB cleaning.
