I was absolutely delighted with the services of this cleaning company and can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, quality and a professional approach. Everything was very pleasant from the first contact – fast communication, willingness to accommodate my time constraints and overall a very nice approach. The cleaning itself exceeded my expectations. Every detail was perfectly done – from perfectly clean floors, to the bathroom that looked like new, to little things that I wouldn’t have even noticed myself. It’s clear that they care and do their job really carefully, not just “by eye”. I also really appreciate the discretion and respect for the space. I had complete peace of mind leaving the apartment to them and I knew that everything was taken care of with the utmost care. Moreover, after the cleaning, not only the space was clean, but also a pleasant energy, which is a huge plus for me. What pleasantly surprised me was the speed – everything was done efficiently, without unnecessary delays, and the quality did not suffer at all. The price/performance ratio is absolutely adequate for me, maybe even above standard considering the result. I definitely haven't used their services for the last time. I asked the company to clean the house after renovation and painting. Since the house had not been inhabited for a long time, it was in terrible condition. The company's employees turned it into a clean and fragrant house in a few hours. Really perfect cleaning, including cleaning the armchairs and sofas. There is nothing to complain about at all. Unfortunately, the more thorough cleaning of the kitchen unit (not particularly dirty) was botched. Our fault, I only noticed the details later when putting the containers on the shelves - I had to do it again. Likewise the radiators after painting. Mostly coarse dirt removed, but nothing satisfactory. What I noticed immediately when handing over the cleaning lady cleaned. I appreciate the speed of the service - they were available the next day - we urgently needed to wash, among other things, the windows.
