Stella úklid

I ordered a cleaning service for the first time. Ms. Valerie and Dáša were very skilled and fast, I didn't even turn around and everything was done. The biggest thanks for helping with the cleaning after the reconstruction goes to Ms. Růžená 2, who worked very precisely and did a perfect cleaning according to my ideas. Thank you 🙏❤️

I was absolutely delighted with the services of this cleaning company and can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, quality and a professional approach. Everything was very pleasant from the first contact – fast communication, willingness to accommodate my time constraints and overall a very nice approach. The cleaning itself exceeded my expectations. Every detail was perfectly done – from perfectly clean floors, to the bathroom that looked like new, to little things that I wouldn’t have even noticed myself. It’s clear that they care and do their job really carefully, not just “by eye”. I also really appreciate the discretion and respect for the space. I had complete peace of mind leaving the apartment to them and I knew that everything was taken care of with the utmost care. Moreover, after the cleaning, not only the space was clean, but also a pleasant energy, which is a huge plus for me. What pleasantly surprised me was the speed – everything was done efficiently, without unnecessary delays, and the quality did not suffer at all. The price/performance ratio is absolutely adequate for me, maybe even above standard considering the result. I definitely haven't used their services for the last time. If you are looking for someone you can trust and who will really relieve you of your worries, this company is a great choice.

Thank you Stella cleaning for everything they did for my relative. And that from today they will come to her house every 14 days to help. I can recommend this company to everyone, both for communication, humanity, and reliability. Thank you all again. Have a nice day E.A. Hamrová

Thank you very much for the precise general cleaning. The lady was very skilled, consistent and helpful. We would definitely return to this company for the next cleaning help. :)

Unfortunately, the more thorough cleaning of the kitchen unit (not particularly dirty) was botched. Our fault, I only noticed the details later when putting the containers on the shelves - I had to do it again. Likewise the radiators after painting. Mostly coarse dirt removed, but nothing satisfactory. What I noticed immediately when handing over the cleaning lady cleaned. I appreciate the speed of the service - they were available the next day - we urgently needed to wash, among other things, the windows.
