The installation was carried out on time as agreed. The vacuum tube system is installed on a sloping roof with a slope of 22.5 degrees with an optimal orientation to the south-southwest. The 150 liter hot water boiler is located in the attic, from where the hot water distribution is connected via plastic pipes to the current drinking water heating system via a flow-through combi boiler. The connection at the boiler allows you to select "summer" operation via 3 valves when water heating is only via the vacuum tubes and boiler, or "winter" operation when heating is via the flow-through boiler of the combi boiler. However, it is necessary to manually switch the valves.

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the company 81 Klima for the perfectly performed work during the installation of the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were dealing with professionals - everything went absolutely smoothly, including communication, work and subsequent cleaning. During the implementation, there was a change in the layout, which the team managed without the slightest hesitation or problem. The same precision was also evident during the previous measurement. We were extremely satisfied with the helpfulness of the company 81 Klima both when placing the order and when specifically entering the specifications for our attic. Not only were all agreed deadlines met, but we were especially very pleasantly surprised by the progress of the installers, who did a top-notch job and in a very short time. Apparently, it is also a matter of course for the company that they carefully cleaned up after themselves and also took away the waste material!

Review from 02.07.2024. The air conditioning was installed on 01.07.2024, the work was slow, I had to warn them about the leaky passage between the wall and the outside (they came for the mounting foam and blew it) without doing so, leaving a hole in the wall. Furthermore, approx. 1 hour after the air conditioning was running, deficiencies appeared in the insulation of the supply cooling pipe to the outdoor unit (the air conditioning is currently dripping in 3 places). A sticky white coating appeared on one of the cooling pipes (in my opinion, a possible condensate leak directly at the joint that the technician made) according to the technician it is OK like this and it is ice - an hour after turning off the air conditioning - absolute nonsense). During the subsequent attempt to correct it by the technician from the previous day, he removed another pipe very unsightly and in a very bad mood. During the installation, they left grooves on the floating floor in my apartment with an industrial vacuum cleaner. If you plan to use their services, please keep this in mind. I am still waiting for a solution from the company, for the price of installation it is a joke. In the last picture you can see the poorly done insulation and condensation. Edit: The answer in the comment below from the company is so far dull, the insulation was not done up to the valves to the air conditioning inlet, which is why there is excessive condensation. Edit 2.: I am changing the current rating.. the company faced this head on and at my instigation they sent me another more serious technician. He found, confirmed and repaired the entire defect. The air conditioning is currently working and I am satisfied, if it had gone like this all of a sudden, I would have left a full rating.
