Complete reconstruction of the apartment was carried out together with a design proposal from Mrs. Hartenberg. Professional approach, willingness, time flexibility, according to the needs of the customer, will also help with the implementation itself. Drawings for carpenters to make custom-made furniture and links to purchase home accessories, cladding and equipment for use were also added to the design proposal. I would like to highly recommend the services of Ms. Hartenberg, who worked on the complete interior design of my house for me, including the bedroom, bathrooms, living room, laundry room and hallway. The collaboration went without a hitch and the result completely amazed me. The designer was able to create spaces that are not only beautiful and aesthetically perfect, but also very clean and airy - exactly according to my original ideas. But what surprised me the most is the fact that the final appearance of the interior far exceeded anything I could have imagined. It was only when I saw the finished result that I realized how perfectly a professional designer can transform a space and create something truly exceptional. The cooperation with Mrs. Hartenberger was wonderful. The assignment was to design a complete interior of the cottage, so that it would be suitable for a permanent residence for a family of four. We met in person once, when I told her my idea, and then everything was done remotely. The very first design was excellent and we really only adjusted the details. We didn't want the construction to ruin us financially, so we asked if it would be possible to incorporate some existing elements of the kitchen unit, stove... into the design, even though they didn't really fit the interior in terms of style, we managed to use everything and the result is beautiful. Since we live on the other side of the country, it would have been difficult for us to travel to negotiate with the workers. Mrs. Hartenberger willingly drove to the construction site several times to clarify the assignment for the workers. I also recommend all the builders and carpenters that the lady arranged for us. We will soon be arranging a new building and for me, it was a clear choice for the design of the entire house. Thank you very much again.

Unfortunately, I have a very negative experience with an interior designer who turned out to be a complete disappointment and a person who was not responsible enough. I asked her to design the furniture for my living room and bedroom, where her task was to prepare a proposal that I had to approve. After the proposal was approved, she was supposed to provide me with links to purchase selected products for both rooms. I approved the proposal she sent me, and accordingly she sent me links to purchase all the products. I made the purchase and spent a lot of time assembling these products. However, after completing the assembly of the cabinets, which were designed as TV cabinets, I discovered a major flaw. Instead of cabinets suitable for the living room, the designer chose cabinets designed for kitchen units. Moreover, these cabinets had visible external screws, which was completely inappropriate from an aesthetic point of view. The products that were recommended to me not only did not meet my original requirements, but were in direct contradiction to what was approved. The subsequent return and exchange of the products caused me financial and time losses, so I asked her for financial compensation for the problem that arose. However, the designer did not agree to the compensation and refused to take responsibility. She claimed that the mistake was not on her side, because the visible screws were not shown in the illustrative images on the e-shop. However, she inexplicably overlooked the fact that on the link she herself provided for the purchase, the visible screws were clearly captured in the instructions for assembling the cabinets. What was particularly disappointing for me was that instead of acknowledging the error, I was informed that I myself had requests to change the color of the carpet and add a carpet to the bedroom. The designer argued that she did not want any compensation for this. In this way, she tried to divert attention from her mistakes. Another problem was sending a link to purchase a curtain rod with a size of 360 cm, while my window was only 210 cm and the entire room was 350 cm. Even though the online store offered curtain rods in more precise dimensions, the designer was unable to make the right choice. This forced me to return the purchased goods again and face further financial losses. The designer ignored my subsequent questions and objections, which is unacceptable behavior in professional cooperation for me. Overall, this experience was disappointing on all levels, and therefore I cannot help but recommend this interior designer to anyone who expects quality, professionalism, and respect for the agreed terms.
