Unprofessional approach from the employees and especially the management of this store. They don't know the difference between internal and external threads, but they are still learning (for more than 6 months). The arrogant behavior of the local ladies is very impressive. Unlike other stores, here you need to thoroughly check each item issued. I do not recommend it to companies for small and medium-sized orders. Problems with returning goods. In case of disagreement with the saleswoman, she will show you the door. I highly do not recommend it, given my long-standing experience as a corporate customer.
They have almost all plumbing goods in stock and that is a big advantage. For example, unlike DEK building materials. And at competitive prices. The service is fast, professional and nice (even if you happen to come a minute before closing) :o)
