Keraservis – Bathroom Studio

I have had a very positive experience with Keraservis, specifically with bathroom designer M. Hlochová (Ostrava). Bathrooms are her main specialization, which is evident in every detail of the design. She has a great overview of current trends, but at the same time she can also design timeless solutions that will work well in several years. I really appreciate her ability to adapt to individual requirements. She listens carefully, does not push anything and always looks for a solution that meets both the client's ideas and the practical use of space. At the same time, she can openly point out elements that might not work in the bathroom - whether in terms of maintenance, ergonomics or long-term durability - and suggest a more suitable alternative. The result is not only an aesthetically pleasing design, but above all a functional and well-thought-out bathroom. The combination of expertise, attention to detail and a realistic approach makes her a great choice for anyone looking for a new bathroom or renovation. I also have long-term experience with her work - she has designed four bathrooms for me over the years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the result and the entire process of cooperation. So for me - a clear choice👍

I do not recommend. On Monday, we made an appointment for Friday and the lady made an appointment with someone else the day before, basically at the same time. So she quickly dismissed us and told me to send her the dimensions of the bathrooms (we want to do 2 at once) and some photos that we found as inspiration. We were promised that she would send us some photos of the projects that this company had done over the weekend. Well, it's been about a month and still no feedback. Just nothing at all. Probably no interest in clients

While renovating my apartment, I came across completed orders from Keraservis. Initially, I was only interested in the 3D design of the bathroom. After meeting Mr. Komár personally, I reconsidered everything and did not look any further. From the design itself to the selection of tiles, paving stones, batteries, and assistance with the actual implementation, I simply have nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend the Ostrava branch to everyone and I would especially highlight the work of Mr. Komár, thanks to whom the whole thing was successfully implemented to our satisfaction.
