I went to Koupele Ptáček in Poruba with a rough idea and left with a clear vision of my new bathroom. The lady in the store was very helpful, explained everything to me, helped me with the selection and even created a 3D design according to my requirements. I liked that no one pressured me to buy more expensive products, they rather helped me choose what would be practical and aesthetic. I will definitely come back here for my next project.
Five stars would be enough. The staff was helpful, qualified, and had an incredible overview of the products. Unfortunately, the same staff miscalculated the amount of material. (Tiles and paving stones). And they didn't take it back. And there was quite a lot.
A reluctant, unpleasant gentleman in the store who pretended to be bothering him. After I explained to him that I needed advice on a product I was about to purchase from them, he snapped, “that they don’t do it, that they are a wholesaler and companies come to buy from them”. Given the otherwise positive reviews, this is most likely a failure of a specific individual. However, I did not purchase, and I am looking for another supplier. I was in the store on Friday - not a holiday :) I wrote the review on Saturday.
The sellers are great, they give advice and explain things. It's just a shame that the warehouse staff won't help with loading.
