Design and implementation ok. But I chose this company mainly because they offered permanent cooperation and maintenance. The first two years were fine, then they came, cut off the branches, covered the stumps with bark and just emails - we know about it, we will come in the spring and in the fall it's just - I don't have time, we have too much to do.... So I gave up after a year due to urgency. Sure, maintenance is simply not as lucrative as new implementations, but a solid company simply doesn't behave like that.
