I dealt with inheritance proceedings and I can only recommend them. The notary's approach was humane, yet highly professional. She resolved an unspecified problem that occurred during the closing of the inheritance immediately and very correctly.
The notary lady has not been able to register the three heirs even after ten months. She is completely incompetent and arrogant, instead of apologizing, she still acts superior. Of course, I am also filing a complaint against her with the relevant court.
If this notary is assigned to handle your inheritance, YOU ARE UNLUCKY After our first meeting, all of us, the survivors, got the impression (based on her actions and expressions) that the lady is incapable of doing this job properly, so we will replace her. Unfortunately, that is not possible in this case, so there was no choice but to hire a lawyer to supervise her work. If we had not done so, we would have lost more than 1 million CZK. It is really frustrating that the state assigns you something like this, which simply tells you that "this" (the investments in Porto, Fondee and Trading 212) will not be handled, you cannot do anything about it and in the end you still have to pay her?! Plus pay your lawyer, because she does not do her job properly...
Unfortunately, I have to say that the settlement of the estate with a single heir took 14 months. Unfortunately, the notary was at fault. Both in his lax approach and in his inability to do his job. They received all the information from us, but still asked for an estimate of the price of the property after an incredible 9 months. They did not contact the deceased's workplace at all and because of that, they almost deprived us of almost half a million. If we had not done the work for them, we would never have seen the money. And they will take a percentage of it. Due to the delays, they also reduced the value of the vehicle and increased the price of the property from which they took a percentage. Thank you, but I would not trust them with the verification of the signature.
