Great approach, everything was as agreed.
I can recommend Mr. M. Filip, he always helped us when we were solving a problem.
Avoid by all means. You pay for basically nothing. Nowadays, just about anyone can do the administration. We have switched to the competition and it is not comparable. I can't imagine dealing with something more complicated with this company, the house would have fallen on our heads sooner. Incredibly lax approach and obscurity, incompetence. I speak from experience. Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars here.
Paid issuance of a certificate of taxable income for 175 CZK - work for an accountant in one or two clicks (yes, I know, I'm an accountant myself). Moreover, in the past, it was repeatedly issued incorrectly (in the withholding tax form instead of the deposit). So be careful what they ask for a commission for.
They have been the manager of the apartment building in Brno where I live for many years and I have always been extremely satisfied. All common areas are in perfect condition, as is the rented apartment.
