I worked with Real Expert as part of the SEF project "Repair Grandma's House". I originally wanted to write a very negative review because the project as a whole was challenging and often quite confusing for me, as a layman. However, after talking to an employee from the company, I understood that some of the problems arose due to people and companies outside of Real Expert who were involved in the project and who unfortunately did not proceed as they should have. Real Expert provided the administration for the subsidy for me - preparation of the application, project, PENB, etc. - and carried out the replacement of windows and installation of heat recovery. Other measures were carried out by other entities, and it was the connection of multiple suppliers that ultimately caused confusion and confusion throughout the entire reconstruction process. In retrospect, I understand that the company itself got into complications because of its employees who did not act completely correctly, which was subsequently transferred to me as a customer. I appreciate the fact that the company's employees took the time to explain everything to me, clarifying the connections I had no idea about, and setting things straight. Thanks to this, I recognized that my initial indignation towards the company was not entirely fair. I also thank you for the personal and patient approach in dealing with some of the "wild" requests that emerged over time during the implementation of the measures on our house.

I have had an excellent experience with Real Expert. Mr. Pavlita has always acted very assertively even in difficult situations and the entire team has been extremely helpful and professional. They helped me resolve a subsidy issue even in an unusual situation where others might not have known how to deal with it. I appreciate their human approach, willingness to find a solution and genuine interest in the client. I wish them all the best for the future and can only recommend them!

I have had a very good experience with broker Gabriela Pavlitová in the sale of a house. From my point of view, the sale was quite complicated, the house was sold after approx. 12 months from the start of the advertisement. During that time, Ms. Pavlitová carried out several dozen inspections of the house being sold and always informed me immediately about the results of the inspections and consulted with me about the next steps. I have quite extensive experience with many real estate brokers and I can say that I have rarely encountered such a professional, yet pleasant and humane behavior from a broker as in the case of Ms. Pavlitová. In my opinion, she fully deserves the commission for the sale of the house, which I paid as the seller. I would definitely contact the broker again if necessary to deal with the purchase or sale of a property in the future and I can warmly recommend her services to everyone.

Everything went according to agreement, communication was fast and professional. I appreciate the fair approach and professional advice not only from Mr. Pavlita, but also from all the employees. Within 4 months, we had even received a subsidy. Thank you very much to the entire company once again.

On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted the company Real Expert. The designer came to the survey together with Mr. Pavlita, everything was explained to me and thanks to his advice I also purchased a heat recovery system, which I am very satisfied with. The whole process went smoothly and I had everything done within four months. I can only recommend it.
