I worked with Real Expert as part of the SEF project "Repair Grandma's House". I originally wanted to write a very negative review because the project as a whole was challenging and often quite confusing for me, as a layman. However, after talking to an employee from the company, I understood that some of the problems arose due to people and companies outside of Real Expert who were involved in the project and who unfortunately did not proceed as they should have. Real Expert provided the administration for the subsidy for me - preparation of the application, project, PENB, etc. - and carried out the replacement of windows and installation of heat recovery. Other measures were carried out by other entities, and it was the connection of multiple suppliers that ultimately caused confusion and confusion throughout the entire reconstruction process. In retrospect, I understand that the company itself got into complications because of its employees who did not act completely correctly, which was subsequently transferred to me as a customer. I appreciate the fact that the company's employees took the time to explain everything to me, clarifying the connections I had no idea about, and setting things straight. Thanks to this, I recognized that my initial indignation towards the company was not entirely fair. I also thank you for the personal and patient approach in dealing with some of the "wild" requests that emerged over time during the implementation of the measures on our house.

Mr. Pavlita came to look at the house I wanted to buy, because my partner and I were lucky, our new building had no defects, which had never happened to him in his life. He decided that since he had nothing to report to us, he would come again and we would make up after the inspection before the house was approved. There were already a few minor things that I had fixed. The meeting was professional and everything was handled quickly and easily. Thank you again. DH

I have had a very good experience with broker Gabriela Pavlitová in the sale of a house. From my point of view, the sale was quite complicated, the house was sold after approx. 12 months from the start of the advertisement. During that time, Ms. Pavlitová carried out several dozen inspections of the house being sold and always informed me immediately about the results of the inspections and consulted with me about the next steps. I have quite extensive experience with many real estate brokers and I can say that I have rarely encountered such a professional, yet pleasant and humane behavior from a broker as in the case of Ms. Pavlitová. In my opinion, she fully deserves the commission for the sale of the house, which I paid as the seller. I would definitely contact the broker again if necessary to deal with the purchase or sale of a property in the future and I can warmly recommend her services to everyone.

We have had a good experience with the broker, Mrs. Gabriela Pavlitová. She was helpful, tried to arrange everything and when we needed something, she always tried to help. In the end, everything went well and we are happy that we have a new home. We also arranged the New Green Savings subsidy with the Real Expert company and that also worked out. We are very satisfied and we recommend them to everyone who is looking for a human approach.

I have no experience with the company itself, but I do have experience with the real estate agent Gabriela Pavlitová – and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND her. We bought a family house and I have to say that it was the worst experience with a real estate agent we have ever had. She knew almost nothing about the house, she had to ask the owner directly for most of our questions. She recorded phone calls without our knowledge or consent. Whenever we wanted to get some information from her, it seemed like we were a nuisance and shouldn't have asked at all. We also discovered several times that she lied to us. I could list other reasons here, but that would take several pages. If we had gotten in touch with the owner directly, we would have managed to make the purchase ourselves, better and faster. In my opinion, she does not deserve the commission for selling the house at all. For us, a very negative experience – I recommend avoiding her completely!
