We are more than satisfied with Mr. Moravec's services. The word fair in its title really lives up to the mark. Mr. Moravec explained things that other brokers did not address and that were fine, and he advised me and saved us a lot of money, even though it was not really his concern. Very pleasant demeanor and helpful approach went hand in hand with a very fast sale of the property, for even a little more money than we wanted. For me, it was a perfect collaboration with a person who is in his place. In short - a perfect professional approach, an overview of the real estate market and an effort to sell the property as favorably as possible. And most importantly, what is indispensable for me is a human approach and reliability, which worked perfectly when dealing with Mr. Moravec. I contacted Mr. Moravec about my apartment in cooperative ownership, which I was going to sell. I was very satisfied with his services and their complexity. I was pleasantly surprised by the following things in particular: 1) When inspecting another apartment, he actively addressed interested parties in his offer who might be interested in the apartment being sold (same location, but original condition). For this reason, there was no need for advertising and the sale period was significantly shortened (the reservation contract was signed in 10 days, and I had the money from the sale of the apartment in my account in two months). 2) Although the sale was relatively quick, he sent all contracts for review in advance, so I always had enough time to read everything in peace and send my comments, if necessary. 3) By working with him, I minimized the need to go somewhere or make phone calls (lawyer, housing cooperative, energy suppliers), I did not have to take time off work or wait on the phone somewhere to be called. He had an overview of the confirmations and documents that need to be submitted to the housing association (both from the seller and the buyer), so everything went smoothly. Of course, he receives a commission from the sale for his work, but the price I originally wanted to sell the apartment for was lower than the final price after deducting the commission. In addition, the fees for some services (writing the contract and attorney's escrow) were already part of this commission. I can definitely recommend Mr. Moravec's services.
