He was available practically whenever needed, communication was fast, factual and without unnecessary delays. I also appreciate that he was able to advise beyond the scope of the normal duties of a broker and actively sought solutions so that the entire process was as efficient and stress-free as possible. The entire transaction went smoothly, without complications and exactly as expected. Everything was well organized, deadlines were met and the individual steps followed each other smoothly. Our experience with Mr. Hrubý was not entirely ideal. We were seriously interested in the property offered and were ready for further negotiations. We were even more surprised that we were not informed about further developments and that we only learned about the fact that the property had been "sold" to another interested party from the advertisement. We are particularly sorry for the lack of direct communication. We believe that a "professional broker" should inform serious interested parties about changes in a timely and open manner. We believe that this could have been a misunderstanding, however, we would appreciate more helpful and ongoing communication in the future.
