It involved legal services, contract revisions and attorney's escrow. Thanks to a completely professional approach, we managed to complete the deal. I strongly recommend avoiding Mgr. Ing. Martin Števka who works in this office and does escrow of money when selling real estate. I personally have experience when the lawyer does not even bother to pay out the money from the escrow. When asked by my legal representative why he did not send the money according to the contract, he only jovially replied that he knew about it, but he is on vacation and will deal with it 14 days after the due date. No apology, nothing. I am personally filing a complaint with the Bar Association. I would like to point out that everything was followed on our part and the lawyer is just lax and does not work. From the beginning, it has been a total horror for about two years. Fortunately, the court was clearly on our side, but the lawyer is completely screwed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! For your information, the lawyer cooperates with the real estate agency TaRealitka based in Karviná. Be careful with your savings. I will update in time when the lawyer moves on and the procedure of the Bar Association.
