I was extremely satisfied with Rambo Moving. Ondra and his team had excellent communication, arrived exactly on time and packed everything honestly and carefully so that nothing was damaged. Then they took everything away, loaded it, transported it safely to its destination and took it out. Everything went quickly, calmly and without a single damage. Thank you and I recommend it!
They sent me a quote for the job at 21,100 CZK with the information that each additional half hour is 650 CZK. Subsequently, there was a delay at the unloading site for 1.5 hours. Mr. Filip Otisk contacted me by phone and demanded payment of 26,000, which I refused, pointing out that the original quote was 21,100 and with the surcharge it comes to 23,000 CZK. He began to verbally attack me and accuse me of dishonesty, then we agreed on a payment of 24,000, for which he reluctantly issued me an invoice and demanded payment in cash, threatening to have the cargo stored at a collection yard. I paid the invoice in cash to the workers, they moved half of the load into the apartment, put the rest in front of the house and then claimed that they had to move the car because someone from the neighborhood was supposed to call the police on them for standing on the sidewalk. They jumped into the car and of course never came back. I strongly do not recommend working with this unscrupulous, fraudulent company. They act in this way, refuse to issue invoices, sign a moving contract and then threaten you that they will treat your property like manure. Never again!
The guys arrived on time, their work went smoothly, I highly recommend them. There was no lack of positive mood. They were moving out of a 2+1 apartment on the fourth floor. and they managed to move to their new home within 2 hours, thank you again.
We used the sister company stehuji-levne for moving in Prague. For us, top in terms of agreement, estimate and speed of work. The gentlemen were nice, experienced and well-coordinated. For me, the best experience and I highly recommend it.
