Absolutely no problems, I didn't have to deal with anything - they took care of everything. I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed of installation. And the price was great too. Other suppliers I contacted always had some extra charges, hidden fees, etc.
I was looking for a photovoltaic supplier for my parents, I went through a tender process, where the gentlemen from SunExtra impressed us with their price offer along with the proposed solution. We fine-tuned everything in a personal meeting, after that it went very quickly and without any problems. Absolute satisfaction.
Fast implementation, good price. They discussed everything with me. Overall satisfaction
The approach regarding the technical side of the PV system was perfect, the first deposit was only due on the day of the panels installation. Great work by the roofers and the professionalism of the electricians. I can appreciate the good price/performance ratio and client-friendly approach. When the woman said that the structure under the dormer window interfered too much with the view from the windows (aesthetic side of the matter), the company without any problems placed it on a different type of (lower) hooks at its own expense, which solved the problem.
By far the most qualified contractor I have consulted with. From roofing to electricity.
