I do not recommend the company. After the initial enthusiasm, great disappointment set in. They are unable to resolve complaints. Absolute incompetence. Treated as contracted, i.e. FAB cylinder inserts were specified in the confirmed order and another manufacturer was delivered. Justification - FAB is supposedly the name for all cylinder inserts. Furthermore, the wrong dimensions of the inserts were delivered on two doors, so the doors cannot be locked from both sides, but only from one. When making a complaint, the answer was that we ordered it that way and why do we actually need to lock it from the inside. One door cannot be locked at all. The answer to the customer's objection that one door opens more difficultly - file a piece of futer. Well, it's misery.....

The staff at the store were very nice and helped me with choosing the door and installation. Pleasant and skilled gentlemen, everything went smoothly and the door fits perfectly, thanks again 🙏

I needed to buy new sliding doors with covers and I have to say that I am happy with the choice. The agreement was really easy, the people here are nice and helpful. The gentleman came, measured everything properly, and then they made the door exactly to my measurements. I didn't even have to worry about any problems. Everything worked out as it should. I highly recommend it to everyone!

definitely the worst service ever. they pretend to be professionals, but they are not. They sell you thermo door frames - with higher thermal insulation - but they do not emphasize that they will dew and the wall will catch moisture because the door frames are made of aluminum and metal inside! So completely useless. they do not care about later complaints - they say we should make a window in the hallway and ventilate or heat more so that we do not have a dew point there - otherwise they will not accept the complaint because they did not measure and install it. But they refused the original order to make a working opening in the wall, saying that they do not do masonry work. So the lady in the email is completely contradictory. I consider this company to be very calculating and unfaithful, especially when it comes to entrance doors. Our situation is from 2021. For those who will buy entrance doors - only wooden door frames made of real wood work, on which you will not have dew - no moisture
