Some time ago we were dealing with a problem with a balcony door that wouldn't open and wouldn't even turn the handle. First we called a local company, where we were told that the repair would cost approximately 16,000 CZK, or that it would be better to buy a new balcony door. When we decided to repair it anyway, they started explaining that it was a problem, that the fittings were no longer being produced, and that the whole thing would have to be redone. In the end, the seal was replaced first, and the other windows were serviced, with the technician saying that the balcony door would also be looked at afterwards. We believed that this would solve the problem, but the opposite was true. The new seal started falling out of the groove and the balcony door was supposedly impossible to repair anyway, so we were again advised to buy a new door. Then my friend contacted the company Oknotech Morava and we arranged an appointment with the technician. The technician assessed the condition of the balcony door on site, identified the system by the type of fittings on the adjacent window, and explained to us straight away that the repair would not be a problem. He offered us two solution options. Either a complete repair including ventilation for approximately CZK 9,600, or a cheaper option where the door would only function when opened, for a price of approximately CZK 3,500 including materials, labour and transport. Since we do not need ventilation for the balcony door, we chose the simpler option. We had an inspection on Wednesday and had the balcony door repaired on Friday. The technician explained everything to us very well and clearly, it was clear that he really understood his job. After this experience, we also had the seals in the entire apartment repaired by Oknote Morava. It turned out that the originally installed seal was incorrectly identified, and therefore did not fit properly in the groove. Now everything is as it should be. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Oknotech Morava company for their professional, fair and at the same time human approach. There is always something going on in our household and I often call in experts for help in a given situation. This time it was repairing the patio window mechanism. I haven't come across such perfect customer service in a long time. Mr. Stolař really worked hard on the project and it wasn't easy, but he did it brilliantly. He kept his promises. You could really feel that customer satisfaction is important to him. His customer-oriented approach, willingness and professional knowledge are admirable. Ultimately, we agreed on a plan to adjust all the windows in the entire house. It cost a bit, but I don't regret it and I recommend him with a calm heart.

I don't like to write reviews, but I have to. Hopefully this will help someone who is deciding what to do, whether to replace windows or have them repaired. The hinges on my bathroom window rusted. The window stopped opening, a gap formed. I originally wanted to replace the window, but after browsing the internet I found out that only the hinges can be repaired or replaced on these windows. After consulting with the chat gpt, I chose the company OKNOTECH MORAVA. Mr. Stolař arrived, inspected it, proposed a solution and, after agreement, replaced the hinges. He also repaired the entrance door, which had not been properly seated since installation. All this for about 3,000 CZK plus some change. He saved me money for a new window, for tiles around the window, for the work of a bricklayer, and also time. Thanks again and I highly recommend it to everyone who is making a decision.
