I definitely recommend the gentleman. I called him on Wednesday that our washing machine wasn't working, but the part that was needed to repair the washing machine wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available until next week. Then on Friday he called me himself to say that he had managed to get the part and that he would come to replace it on Saturday morning.. It was done in 20 minutes. So our washing machine is running again and I can only recommend the gentleman! The price for the repair was also reasonable. Thank you
I recommend. Approach, negotiation, speed, price. One phone call, description of the defect, sending video and photos on WhatsApp and arranging a date.
The gentleman was polite, he arrived quickly to repair the dishwasher at our home, he immediately knew what and how and the dishwasher works as it should again. The price is also okay and I can only recommend it. Another plus is definitely cleanliness and tidying up, not like other craftsmen who leave a mess behind.

So I'll add some info to Mr. Němec's answer, because it amused me: I didn't talk anyone down, Mr. Němec even knew in advance that other parts were damaged. So he knew the information about what was damaged in advance. It's very interesting that he didn't mention the blown fuses and the damaged floor :-) He didn't respond to calls or text messages after his vacation, so I was forced to contact another service. Original review: I don't recommend Mr. Němec at all. After a completely reluctant visit, when he damaged our floor by careless handling of the dishwasher and blowing fuses throughout the house (which we only found out a few hours later, when our refrigerator leaked), he said he had to order the part and would call back in 14 days. After 3 weeks and several emergencies, he finally picked up the phone and said he had the part and would call back when he had the appointment in his diary. And since then he hasn't responded to messages or calls. He's probably busy, but he could have said it straight away and I would have ordered a more helpful service and wouldn't have to be without a dishwasher for a month. I absolutely don't understand how anyone can do business this way. Contact another service.
