I am disappointed with the deal. On 12.6. I contacted the company that I needed to repair the dryer. So I sent the necessary things that they asked me for. They wrote to me what the defect was and how much it would cost. So I contacted them again on 15.6. asking about a possible repair, the response came on 16.6. saying that they would order the necessary part and get back to me. Today is 9.7. and no one has bothered to write or contact me in any way. So not for me. Thank you
We ordered an oven repair and then a new hob including installation. Everything went smoothly. We were satisfied with the service, the negotiations and the price and can recommend it.
Absolutely perfect communication when arranging the repair date. The technician arrived on the agreed day and time, and the repair was done in about an hour. Everything was explained clearly, and I can highly recommend this company to others. I appreciate the professional approach and friendly communication.
Very pleasant and fast dealings, which started with the lady taking the order. The gentleman arrived at the appointed time. He did a professional and precise job, he also explained the problem and why the defect occurred. I can only recommend it, this is how I imagine a decent approach to the customer. Thank you.
Very solid service, I recommend it! After calling, the lady wrote down all the details, then the technician who will carry out the repair calls back directly and arranges a date. I appreciate the quickly offered date (2 days after the request, 1 day after the call from the technician) and great communication, the arrival time was actually met. Despite the message that the appliance is no longer serviceable, I have to praise the service. No effort to turn the customer around, on the contrary, the gentleman tried to find the fault on the spot, even suggested the possibility of taking it to the workshop when he could not find the problem, so that a colleague could help with finding the fault. In the end, the fault was found on a component that is no longer for sale (10-year-old appliance), but he still advised which brands are well serviceable when we buy a new appliance.
