Very solid service, I recommend it! After calling, the lady wrote down all the details, then the technician who will carry out the repair calls back directly and arranges a date. I appreciate the quickly offered date (2 days after the request, 1 day after the call from the technician) and great communication, the arrival time was actually met. Despite the message that the appliance is no longer serviceable, I have to praise the service. No effort to turn the customer around, on the contrary, the gentleman tried to find the fault on the spot, even suggested the possibility of taking it to the workshop when he could not find the problem, so that a colleague could help with finding the fault. In the end, the fault was found on a component that is no longer for sale (10-year-old appliance), but he still advised which brands are well serviceable when we buy a new appliance.
