Měli jsme problém s toaletou, neustálé zvedání hladiny, přetlak.. Bylo u nás několik odborníků, ale problém se vyřešil právě až s firmou Karásek a syn. Můžeme jen doporučit, pánové využili i kamerové zařízení, zjistili problém a vše dali do pořádku. Rychlé jednání, ochota, zkušenosti. Ještě jednou děkujeme. 😊

During the first visit, the company's employees did not detect the problem and the subsequently ordered camera test did not take place. I see the biggest problem in communication - the company management promises to call back, but it never does. You cannot call back, no responses to emails. Be careful, so you don't waste two months, just like we did.
