Great, excellent, especially fast service. I can only recommend it.
Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. We had our first service a year ago – the technician did fix the original problem, but after the intervention the boiler stopped heating hot water in the winter months. After another service the hot water is flowing again, but the boiler started reporting an increased level of CO₂. At the last contact I was told that no one would come and that the only solution was a new boiler. Overall a very poor impression – the service seems unprofessional, the repairs are unconceptual and the result is that you just pay for repeated visits and the problems are not solved anyway. I definitely do not recommend it.
