The LD stav company renovated our house in Třemošná. We needed soundproof windows because of the busy street. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. When the old windows were dismantled, the windows were ruthlessly thrown into our garden, where our crops were completely destroyed. No one bothered to decide where to put the windows. The installation of the new windows was done poorly. After checking, we found that there was no foam under the window sills at all and there was foam only in places around the frames. The result was that the noise from the street after replacing the windows was even worse than with the original double-glazed windows, which is completely unacceptable for soundproof windows. We ended up having the windows replaced by another company (JIS), which installed them correctly and the difference in soundproofing was immediately noticeable. Communication with LD stav was very poor when solving the problem - shifting responsibility, unwillingness to resolve the complaint, repeated phone calls and emails without a clear result. I cannot recommend LD stav, especially if you expect quality assembly and a professional approach.

Hello. I am completely satisfied with the company. Very helpful, willing communication and fast implementation. From signing the price quote, I had two entrance doors and one window ready in a month and a half. The fitters were fast, polite, they were done practically in a morning. In the future, I plan to replace windows in the entire house and will place an order here again. The work was done with high quality. I highly recommend it. Perfect customer experience, I wish it looked like this everywhere.

Completely satisfied with the company! Excellent communication, speed, reliability. The workers replaced all the windows in our house (about 17 windows in total) and two entrance doors. All windows fitted with blinds and insect screens. The work went very well, we were most pleasantly surprised by the cleaning of the holes - that's great, just whitewash and no one will know anything. The workers cleaned up everything after themselves during and at the end of the event. We chose the company based on a friend's recommendation and we definitely didn't make a mistake, 100% satisfaction! Thanks!!

I had a door made by this company on recommendation. NEVER buy anything from them again!!! Doors for 45,000, which were purchased in July 2023, assembled in September by their workers and under my supervision, we found that they were scratched, scuffed in several places and the decor was missing in one place. Since discovering these defects, no one knew anything or solved anything for 3/4 years, until they had to solve this situation again, the door needed to be adjusted again, the complaint/repair was rejected and the adjustment was BILLED to me. In summary, everyone tries to comply until you pay for the order, they only include the adjustment for 2 months after assembly and then they don't care anymore. I would definitely expect a much better approach.
